Flopsy Bunny
I've had no time to write today as it's been a little hectic here. Just got back from picking up my eldest son from the station to find that Marmaduke the cat had brought home a baby rabbit. It seemed to be too shocked to move and was obviously far from home so we've put it into an indoor cage with hay, food and water and a tiny cardboard box to hide in.

Wow, that's amazing, did he bring it home for dinner, or as a gift??
Hope it's ok - are you going to keep it? I'd love to come home to find a fluffy bunny in my house! x
We're not sure why he brought it home. He came into the garden carrying it by the scruff of the neck and then took it into the hedge and was licking it. Very strange behaviour for a cat but then he is a very strange cat indeed. Reading the various bits of advice on the internet, it seems that the general opinion is that it is wrong to keep a wild rabbit as a pet. It's very tempting to as it's so small and wild rabbit mortality rate is 95% but I suppose we'll have to release him - maybe this evening...
